Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates will be calculated based on your order and will be visible at checkout. Delivery estimates vary based on the shipping method chosen and will be communicated with your shipping confirmation.

Please note that books are shipped separately via media mail for a flat fee of $4.99.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. For international shipping requests, please contact our customer service team.

Damages
Treasured Yarns is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
