Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please contact us prior to sending your return and include your order number to initiate the process. Once we receive the returned items and confirm they are unused, undamaged, and in original condition, we will issue store credit in the form of a digital gift certificate.

Yarn must be returned in its original packaging. Hanks that have been wound are not eligible for return.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note that each screen displays color differently. The items you receive may appear slightly different in color than what you see on your computer or mobile device.
