Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact us prior to sending the shipment and reference your order number to start a return. We will issue a digital gift certificate once we have received the returned items and confirmed it is undamaged/unused. Yarn must be in original packaging and hanks must not be wound. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and the buyer is responsible for the return postage on all items.

Please note that each screen displays color a little differently. The items you receive may appear to be slightly different in color than what you see on your computer or phone screen.
